This applies only to the select Zurich products available through USAssure written on nonadmitted paper. This would include, Environmental Contractors & Consultants, Agribusiness Pollution Liability, and Healthcare Pollution Liability. Employment Practices Liability Insurance is admitted in some states while nonadmitted in others.

Requirements to bind:

• Producer must provide "due diligence" for the appropriate state. A statement that three (3) standard markets declined to write this account. This state specific form will be provided by the underwriter prior to binding.
• When underwriting a multi-state risk, please verify USAssure surplus lines authority in each state where the insured has an exposure.
• USAssure requires that the producer remit the appropriate taxes and fees as advised by USAssure prior to binding. An invoice will be sent to the producer with the quote/indication.
• If the producer is premium financing the account, USAssure will require a signed copy of the finance agreement prior to binding.
